For Live2d Rigging Commissions>Must have the .psd file ready.
>All layers or parts of the psd must be separed and grouped.
If its not it may result to additional charges, i can offer cutting services but it depends of the complexity of the model.
>If the model requires specific features and forms please compile them on a Google Docs or PDF file with clear description and references
of the desired sticker and expressions.Heres an example of how parts of the model should be separated.

For Live2d Model Commissions>Provide an existing character/design sheet of your model. If not i will have to charged 250$ for the design fee of your character.
>Canvas size will be 4000-7000 px in heightPrivacy fees
>I will charge you extra (10% of the total price) if you want to keep your commission private (as in no public posting).
>After the client's debut, I am allowed to post and use the model and showcase it on my portfolio and social media
with proper credits given to the client and the artist involved.

AS AN ARTIST/RIGGER,
Sketch confirmation before full payment.Revision can be done during the sketch phase. Changes during other phases (e.q. Line art, coloring, rendering) will be charged.Prices can change depending on the details of the piece.I have the right to decline commissions that require me to replicate another artist's style.I cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings or misconceptions if the commissioner fails to read my Terms of Service thoroughly.All commissions are non-refundable. Unless I haven't started on the commission yet.Live2D commissions are considered COMMERCIAL and include a commercial license in the base price.The client MUST credit the commissioned work as mine (the artist) anywhere the work is used (ex. Twitter, Twitch), and link back to at least one of my social media pages or site.
The client is NOT allowed to:Mint/sell the model/rig as NFTClaiming of model/rig/design as ownUse the model/rig in AI databases and other AI-related services.Merchandising of model/rig itself (i.e. selling copies on sites such as BOOTH or Nizima)
Pricing and Payments
I (the artist) accept payments through Gcash and PaypalI do NOT accept payments through other services (ex. CashApp, Apple Pay, Check, etc.) unless otherwise negotiated.I accept both upfront and 2-installment payment plans (i.e. paying half upfront, then half in the middle of the process).I also accept monthly installments (3-5 months are only allowed)Note that all prices listed on the form are BASE costs, and I am entitled to increase prices based on design complexity and expected range of use at my own discretion.
Communication
Any troubleshooting that requires screen sharing and direct verbal communication will be through Discord and will be given a Discord link for a server that is dedicated to all the clientsI will never call or accept calls without notification.Discord: Yaque
